				 For this simple, but very delicious soup we need (for 8litre of soup - enough 
for approx.30 not too hungry persons) the following ingredients: 
 
3 1/2 kilo carrots (boil and puree with leek) 
1 middle-sized leek (sliced and slightly sweated in olive oil and pureed with 
the carrots s.a.) 
1 bottle 0,75l white wine to infuse (Veltliner!= austrian wine) 
therefrom the soup cook is allowed to drink a quarter as a mental assistance  
and for refreshment! 
salt, as you think best 
pepper to 
some instant soup (only, because the cook was under stress, self made beefbroth is much better,to infuse) 
1/8l cream (use economically, the fine orange color of soup could get lost) 
nutmeg - grated 
for decoration: cress/radish pumpkinseed oil- may the soup come out well 
and peace for world join in.
