1 piece of onion grown in Thaur, finely cut
5 pieces of carrots grown in Thaur, sliced
1 piece of broccoli grown in Thaur, picked to pieces
2,5l vegetable stock, organic if possible

_saute onions with olive oil(not from Thaur)
-add cabbage and stew until tender
- infuse 2,5l vegetable stock
-add carrots, boil slightly until tender
- at the last 5 min of boiling add broccoli
