				 Kräuterfrittaten = strips of herbage crepes 
 
I make a soup stock out of: onions, carrots, 1 piece of 
knob celery, garlic and soup herbage, spices and - as a 
bonus addition a small piece of oxtail (primarily tag!) 
I cut the asparagus into 1/2cm slices ( keep the spears and  
add it later to the soup) and saute it in butter. First infuse a bid of soup, then puree and put in the rest of soup for dilution - in  
this case also the widely travelled half litre - season and add 
asparagus spears and 1 cup of cream. 
As a garnish I make Kräuterfrittaten: rolled and extra finely cut 
Palatschinken (= crepes). The crepe pastry I season with salt, 
nutmeg and stir in minced herbs.
