				 gather a basket full of young nettles (don`t forget gloves!) 
separate leaves from stems, put leaves in salty water and boil  
until soft.  
pass it through a sieve and cut the nettles into fine slices. 
bring 1,5l water to simmer, add nettles and 2 finely chopped  
garlic cloves 
stir in a mixture of 1tbsp flour and 1/4l milk. 
season with salt, some sugar and vinegar. 
 
garnish: 
render fat white bacon (cubed) in a pan 
season two beaten eggs with sweet paprika spice salt and some 
sugar, add to bacon and roast until stiff. 
pick the mass into pieces and use it as a garnish for the soup.
