Ingredients: 1 small onion, a piece of butter or margarine, 100g oat flakes; 1,5l hot water, salt, pepper, soup spice, nutmeg, 1 egg, chives
cooking:
Roast finely cut onions in butter or margarine, add oat flakes and continue to roast for a while. Pour in hot water, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, soup spice, simmer for half an hour around. Before serving stir in a mixed egg and bestraw with chives.
