Ingredients:
1 potato
leek
1 yellow carrot
1 orange carrot
1 slice of celery
2 tomatoes
Place all the ingredients in half a litre salted water, cook till tender and puree with a blender. While the soup is being pureed, add parsley, majoram, basil, oregano, 1tbsp creme fraiche, 1tbsp cream and 2 tsp corn starch. Now pour in 1 litre water and reboil the soup. Finally add a bit of lemon juice and allow to steep for 10 minutes.
