				 Put finely diced parsley roots and carrots into boiling slightly salted 
(mountain salt) water. 
Add ginger and lemon grass. 
Then put in trout filets, which have been marinated for 1 hour in a mixture of salt, black pepper and curcuma. Let simmer for another 10 min. Stop heat. 
Add pre soup (only for jahressuppe!), stir in a blob of cream and leave standing for a minute. Ready!
