				 simmer 2 pounds beef for 2 hours around; add 2tbsp. beef stock, 1 bunch  
of soup vegetable, 1 pound rice and continue to simmer for another half 
an hour; for dumplings use 2 packages of semolina with 20 eggs, mingle 
well, season with salt and nutmeg, allow to steep, use a teaspoon and  
form dumplings, add it to the hot soup and simmer until tender.
