				 today the soup is travelling to greece with us and as it is uncertain, 
if we can find a cook in the evening at athens, we decided to make a  
highly incomplex, maximum simple but delicious soup as a matutinal refreshment for the forthcoming day.  
4 tablespoons of light miso dissolved in 2l hot water (best with a dipper 
or an egg whisk), season to taste with some soy sauce, then half a litre 
of jahressuppe added, fresh udo noodles, allow to steep for 5 minutes 
and soup breakfast is ready.
