Vegetable stock made of celery, onion, carots (orange and yellow ones)
peppercorns, bay leaf
boiled for about 45min.
meanwhile dice 1kg potatoes and slice celery stalks, wash a handful
quinoa using hot water.
Pour vegetable stock over shortly roasted potatoes. Add celery stalks,
quinoa,peas and red beans.
Tomato puree and salt - ready
