				 1 leg of a turkey hen 
2 tbsp. dried, grated parasol mushrooms 
2 carrots, sliced 
1 knob celery (30g), snipped to stripes 
1 parsnip, sliced 
1 stem cabbage, diced 
1 leek in whole (remove after cooking) 
2 collard greens, sliced 
2 celery stalks, chopped 
a handful of frozen woodgarlic 
1/2tsp. paprika spice (sweet) 
salt 
pepper 
 
first cook the leg of the turkey hen until it`s medium, then put all the 
ingredients, one after another into the pot, season to taste with 
paprika, salt and pepper and cook to finish.
