				 Ingredients 
2l water 
(&half a litre jahressuppe - in that case minestrone from Antje) 
2 middle-sized zucchini 
1 small carrot 
1 big or some small potatoes 
5 garlic cloves 
1 big green chili 
1 nice piece of ginger 
half a handful of dried lovage 
salt, pepper, organic stock for seasoning 
 
This soup can also be used as a fasting soup, unless you garnish 
with a piece of butter (alternatively cream) roasted pumpkin seeds and pumpkin oil 
 
Preparation (around 30 min.) 
Wash, brush and cut vegetables, 
place it in a steamer and cook for 5 to 10 min., 
puree well, remove foam,  
season to taste, ready
