Lentil Soup

600g lenses
3l warm water
salt
lemon juice
orange pepper
cumin
cardamom
ground cinnamon
white wine

rinse the lentils, then boil the water-lenses-salt mixture for 1/2 hour.
skim the foam, add lemonjuice (much) and the ground spices, continue cooking.
if wanted, the soup can be filtered or purred with a hand blender.
serve with various sorts of bread
