				 Place brushed and cut soup vegetable in water with bay leaves, salt,  
parsley and peppercorns, bring to the boil, simmer for about 1 hour. 
In the meantime mix 80g semolina, 30g butter and 1 egg, allow to rest 
for a while, then form dumplings, boil them in salty water. (10-20 min, 
depends on size of dumpling) 
Sieve vegetable soup. 
Cut fine pieces of carrots, zucchini, stem cabbage etc., bring them to 
a short boil with the soup. 
Serve soup topped with dumpling.
