Onion soup



1,5 kg pork meat cut into small cubes

3 l water

5-6 big onions chopped

Cloves, bay leaves, nutmeg, marjoram

Salt

White wine

Mashed potatoes



We boil all the ingredients except for the wine and the potatoes and remove
the foam that is forming. We lower the heat and cook slowly for an hour.
Finally we add the wine and the mashed potatoes in order to give the soup a
thicker consistency.
