400g chicken breasts
salt, pepper
1 tsp curcuma
1/4tsp paprika spice
1/2tsp cumin
1/2tsp coriander
1/2tsp cayenne pepper
125g red lenses
1 1/2l chicken broth
125g potatoes
3 onions
2 garlic cloves
1tbsp oil
1tsp freshly grated ginger
50g ananas
3 spring onions
1-2tbsp lime juice
2tbsp roasted cashew nuts

time of preparation approx. 50 minutes

1. Rinse the chicken breasts, wipe them and cut them into 1cm dices.
Mix salt, pepper, curcuma, paprika spice, cumin, coriander and cayenne pepper, bestraw the meat with those spices and allow to rest for a while.

2. Place lentils in the broth and simmer for 15 minutes.

3. Peel and dice the potatoes, add them to the lentils, simmer for another 15 minutes, now puree the soup.

4. Peel and cut onions and garlic into fine cubes. Heat oil and roast the meat from all sides. Add onions, garlic, ananas and ginger, saute them and add them to the soup. boil for another 5 minutes.

5. Clean, rinse and slice the spring onions. Season the soup with lime juice and spices, serve topped with cashew nuts and spring onions.
