Creamy Chicken Soup

The chicken soup was already cooked, a soup hen, carrots, celery, herbs - parsley and celery leaves, salt, all placed in 2,5l water. When the jahressuppe (pearl barley soup)arrived, we mixed it with 2 egg yolks and some chicken broth, stirred it in and got a good chicken soup.
