Beetroot-Pumpkin-Soup |

Roast 3 cloves of garlic in oil, pour in water. Add 1 middle-sized beetroot, 1 big carrot and one parsley root(all finely cut) and boil for 10 minutes. In the meantime pare and core a butternut pumpkin (1kg) chop it into rough peaces, add it and boil for another 10 minutes. Season with minced lovage, ground nutmeg, cayenne pepper and cumin. Ready. |
