2 litres beef stock
2-3 leeks
4-6 white mushrooms
1-2 handsful of bacon cubes
2 tablespoons soured cream
pepper, salt, salt mixed with herbs, oil

cut the leeks lengthwise in halves, slice them and saute them in oil.
add finely sliced mushrooms, bacon cubes, season with salt and pepper and stir fry.
now pour in the beef stock bring it to the boil and simmer for 15 min. remove from stove; allow to cool a bit, then stir in the soured cream, season with salt and pepper to get the right taste.
