Ingredients:

onions (2 normalo-sized in this case)
2x 600g frozen red cabbage (if you're as lazy as I am)
horseradish (not too little)
cream (2 cups)
orange juice (0,75 litres around)
parsley (not too much, may fuck up the color)
beef stock (I use stock cubes...3 pieces)
salt
pepper

Sweat the onions, throw in the cabbage bricks,
pour in the soup (2,5 litres around) and bring it to the boil.
Add freshly grated horseradish and dilute with orange juice.
Boil the soup for a bloody long time, add parsley, maul the soup with a handblender.
Mix creme fraiche with grated horseradish and orange zest, put one spoonful in the middle of each portion -
Bestraw with horseradish flakes and orange zest...as a bonus you can also top with crunchy roasted prosciutto or Südtiroler bacon.
