Claudia hosted a joyful event accompanied by fish soup and female tattle,
wherein the "lords of creation "was no object at the international
females day.
The jahressuppe got its delicious power by Lower Austrian carp, redfish
and gilthead seabream, filets of red snapper, onions, carrots, leek,
celery stalks, yellow paprika, an Upper Austrian (more precise Innviertler)
boletus mushroom along with garlic cloves, ginger, bay leaf, fresh rosmarin,
oregano and parsley, lots of lemon grass, infused by white wine and fresh
viennese mountain spring water (coming from styrian mountains) and a lovely
breeze of sea salt, all stirred by pure female power.
The forceful stock gives to jahressuppe the subtle information about a
joyful evening and an extraordinary culinary pleasure.
The 8 cooks Britta, Beate, Claudia, Eva, Ortrun, Katherina, Marion and
Verena wish all the following cooks a joyful meal and a year full of
delicious soups!

to many cooks spoil the broth. This adage crosses my mind, when I realised
8 woman like us chatting and standing around a big soup pot. Chatting about
what and what exactly in what kind of order should be added to the soup.
No one tried to play the part of a chef. Each cook had a useful share in
that case and I was very surprised. Even many cooks can enable such an
outstanding tasty soup composing, which (EVEN THOUGH we had to add
half a liter of jahressuppe = cuvee of last 30 days soup) my palate will
keep as an afterglow!
