Ingredients:
4-5 mealy potatoes
Half of a leek
1 onion
oil
salt
pepper
1 bay leaf
majoram
pinch of sugar
some lemonjuice
spelt flour
1/2 cup of soured cream

Saute finely cut onoins with oil,
add sliced leek
stir it up & let a pinch of sugar caramelise therein.
Add potatoes cut in 1cm dices, infuse water,
add spices & cook until potatoes are tender.
Mix soured cream with flour & stir in to make the soup creamy.
We always serve this soup with fresh leaven bread from
"Klausmüller"
Tip: cooked with wood garlic and dried boletus mushrooms, the
soup is still more delicious.
