10 onions
1kg carrots
1kg peas
1kg beef (chuck)
1/4kg bacon
4 cans of tomatoes
4l beef stock
8tbsp. flour
salt, pepper,
cut onions into small dices and roast it slightly, add cubed bacon, sprinkle with flour and infuse beef stock. Add diced tomatoes and bring to a boil. Put in the really fine cubed
meat (thumbnail-sized), than add carrots and peas.
Boil until meat is tender and serve.
Thereto we recommend to drink harty beer!
