1 leek
2-3 garlic cloves

1/2 knob celery
4-5 carrots
butter

fresh herbs, wood garlic, parsley, chives
salt and pepper and vegetable broth

Heat butter in a pan and sweat the leek. Pour in the vegetable broth and the jahressuppe.

Add the finely cubed carrots and the also finely cut celery and boil until the consistency is as you please, tender, firm to bite or crunchy. Stir in creme fraiche and finely chopped herbs.

Then serve with cubed, roasted white bread.

Hint: If you want the soup richer in content, you can also boil 2-3 cubed potatoes with the soup.
