strange local named greek soup for a tasteful white thick soup. this is traditionally made from grained hard wheat "pligouri" which is sun dried with milk. dry "trachan� s" then is boiled with fine cut louza and is served hot with hard cheese and parsley topped and a touch of olive oil.
