				 My family generally loves to eat potatoe soup. The day before yesterday I ate a very delicious one at franky`s in water station Mühlheim an der Ruhr, and with the following simple recipe, I dare to combine with Hubert`s  
creamy Wine Soup. 
 
 
(organic) ingredients: 
1,2kg mealy potatoes 
4 leeks 
70g butter 
1/2l vegetable stock 
salt/pepper grind 
fresh grind nutmeg 
3 bay leaves 
100g cream 
3tbsp. olive oil 
 
Preparation: 
Wash and peel potatoes. Dice potatoes, leave a big one aside. Brush and wash leek. Cut white part into slices, a bid of green part into stripes. 
Use a pot, melt a  good portion of butter, to saute leek. Add potatoes,  
saute it for a short time. Add vegetable stock, season with salt, pepper, 
bay leaves and nutmeg, put lid on pot and simmer for 15 minutes at medium heat. 
I put some soup away, leave 1,9l soup, add Huberts soup. 
 
puree soup, add cream, bring again to a short boil, season with salt and pepper. 
Cube potatoe, left aside. Use a pan, to bring oil and butter to a strong heat 
and roast potatoe cubes golden colored and crunchy. 
Serve soup, topped with potatoe cubes and leek stripes. 
  
I sieve 0.5l into the transporting bowl and pass it over to Henrike.
