For the architecture soup you need to invite 5 or 8 architecture friends, who disagree with each other.
They need to be free to play a part in your soup cooking, in form of discussion, sketches, herbage etc,
Special attention must be paid on a well balanced and proportioned structural system of soup additions, being resistent against tremor.
Recommended are convex pillars made of semolina dumpling,
4 pillars each portion. On top put 2 architraves, cut out of chrunchy carrots, which are entangeled with a tier of beams made of slender potatoe batons. A 2mm panel of Alpine cheese completes the basic building.
Variations you can get by different roof systems made of cheese angels, carrot stubbles or herb trees for green minded people.
These small temples, constructed straith on soup-plates, will be flooded by a strong carot- ginger-soup, after getting official technical release and final acceptance.
Soup: 1,5kg carrots, 1 big potatoe, soup vegetable and variations of green herbes p.e. parsley, chervil, dill, coriander.
I like to season with Ras-el-Hanout. This is a spicy mix, the national spice of maroc, which contains 35 different spices. You can find it made out to this name in orientical spice shops. And of corse, there has to be a good piece of fresh grated ginger in the soup.
This soup is being maschined with a hand blender.
