dissolve 1 tablespoon of curry paste in soy oil, add 3 drops of sesame oil
roast 1 diced onion
pour in 1 can of coconut milk
add vegetable, p.e. white mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, bell pepper
also add chickenmeat (breast finely cut)
simmer for 5-10 minutes
when the meat is done, season to taste with soy sauce, pinch of sugar, lemon juice
