Roast carotts, celery and onion and tomatoes. In the next step add some mustard and quench with balsamico vinegar. Fill it up with soup and water. Depending on your flavour you can season it with salt, pepper, parsley, cumin, chili or other delightful herbs. After the soup has cooked for 1 hour, you need to mix it up. To get a soup without any particels you need to filter it several times.
